HEATED CENTRIFUGE CRUDE OIL SAMPLE SYSTEM

It is important for oil field operators to feel confident about the fact that they are compliant to ISO or American Petroleum Institute standards when dealing with issues that related to accountability.
One the ways to ensure a fast response in the area of samples that need water content to be immediately verified is to actually install an API Centrifuge in the sampling system cabinet itself.
Heater Cabinets need to be manufactured to the highest standards but also apply to the relevant hazardous area safety requirements for the country or region that they are ultimately destined to be utilized in. Our organization has experience in the design and manufacture of stand alone intrinsic safe devices but also the application and usage of other peripheral products that may need to be incorporated into a crude oil analysis system. This could include solenoid valves, explosion proof lighting, pumps, densitometers, flow control devices, pressure switches and even level devices.
Since these systems are designed for operator convenience and also compliance to international standards our clients can be assured that we only use the highest quality instrumentation. A simple example is the need to measure the oil level in sample containers. Operators can rely on the fact that we have experience with the selection of the correct level device because we have had ample experience not only through design but also feedback from the field through our clients in the oil and gas, petrochemical industry.
All systems undergo rigorous testing before leaving our manufacturing plant. Leak tests, pressure tests, weld tests, general function tests and provision of correct documentation drawings and schematics, manuals and certification and always a top priority for EOG. We can also provide service engineers to do your start up and training. We have more than 22 years experience in providing systems, products and services to offshore oil platforms, pipelines, refineries, gas compression stations, metering and tank farms.
